We honor traditions that play an important role and define the time and atmosphere you spend with us.
A fisherman from Považská Bystrica, a farmer from Červený kameň, herbs that we collect ourselves in the forests under the Tatras. Meat that we let mature for 135 days to achieve the highest tenderness and taste. Cooked by one of the most experienced Slovak chefs, ranked in the TOP10 in Slovakia.

The tasting menus put together by our team are characterised by an impressive combination and variety of flavours, high quality products and their presentation. We follow the seasons as nature evolves, which in turn determines the composition of the dishes themselves. Our mission is to create flavours that appeal to all your senses.
In cooperation with the top Slovak cattle breeder – Krava and
Company, we have also added quality pieces of steak meat to our offer. And we have taken it even further, in the stable climate of our underground, we have refrigerators for dry-aging meat. In our offer, you will find tender, juicy and high-quality steaks.

The price also includes sauces and a tasty seasonal side dish.
A reservation is required, at least 24 hours in advance.
Our culinary team, led by chef Erik Volko, will prepare a shared lunch for you. A traditional Sunday lunch awaits you – soup and a main course, all served in large bowls and pots. Whether one of you takes on the role of host or you all take on the task together, you prepare the soup and dishes yourself, without any rules. Fancy a bite to eat? Enjoy. Just like at home on Sunday.
