In this case, 1 + 1 equals three – two chefs, precise wine pairings under our direction, and unique non-alcoholic pairings under the baton of Origin Restaurant will create a harmony of flavors you will not forget.
You can look forward to honest ingredients that pay tribute to our country.
Lukáš will bring new techniques and interesting textures, Erik will add a distinctive flavor and depth. The whole experience will be complemented by a selection of the best Slovak and world wines.
As a novelty, we will also introduce you to non-alcoholic pairings, which will have their premiere in our restaurant.
The Origin restaurant, led by our friend and rising star of Slovak gastronomy Lukáš Heuser, boasts three Gault&Millau bedecked hats and three Falstaff forks.
Our chef Erik Volko, a legend on the scene, has won two hats and three forks for our restaurant. Together they create a unique combination that is among the most awarded in the country.
