The Company will provide information on any data management not covered in this Guide prior to the data management process.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Company is obliged to manage personal data only for predetermined purposes, for the time strictly necessary and for the purpose of exercising its rights and fulfilling its obligations. Data management<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The management of all data relating to the data subject and the provision of services are based on voluntary consent for the purpose of providing services and\/or maintaining contacts through such data management. V pr\u00edpade neposkytnutia osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov by sme si nemohli riadne splni\u0165 z\u00e1konn\u00e9 povinnosti.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Za \u00fa\u010delom vykon\u00e1vania ekonomickej agendy a spracovania \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00fdch dokladov pod\u013ea osobitn\u00fdch z\u00e1konov, najm\u00e4 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 431\/2002 Z. z. o \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00edctve v znen\u00ed neskor\u0161\u00edch predpisov, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 222\/2004 Z. z. o dani z pridanej hodnoty v znen\u00ed neskor\u0161\u00edch predpisov m\u00f4\u017eeme sprac\u00fava\u0165 Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje uveden\u00e9 v bode 2.1 a 2.2 vy\u0161\u0161ie, ak to od n\u00e1s vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 pr\u00e1vne predpisy. Tieto inform\u00e1cie sa spravidla pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa na server Google, kde sa ukladaj\u00fa do pam\u00e4te. Pr\u00e1va dotknutej osoby<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong>Ako dotknut\u00e1 osoba m\u00e1te v s\u00favislosti so sprac\u00favan\u00edm Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov nasledovn\u00e9 pr\u00e1va:<\/p><p>Pr\u00e1vo po\u017eadova\u0165 pr\u00edstup k Va\u0161im osobn\u00fdm \u00fadajom:<br \/>M\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo z\u00edska\u0165 potvrdenie o tom, \u010di o V\u00e1s sprac\u00favame osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pokia\u013e Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favame, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo zisti\u0165, ktor\u00e9 Va\u0161e \u00fadaje s\u00fa nami sprac\u00favan\u00e9, a pr\u00e1vo na nasledovn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie:<br \/>-inform\u00e1ciu o tom, na ak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favame;<br \/>-ak\u00e9 kateg\u00f3rie Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov sprac\u00favame;<br \/>-komu boli alebo bud\u00fa Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje poskytnut\u00e9;<br \/>-predpokladan\u00e1 doba, po ktor\u00fa budeme Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje uchov\u00e1va\u0165;<br \/>-inform\u00e1ciu o tom, ktor\u00e9 z tu uveden\u00fdch pr\u00e1v sa na V\u00e1s vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa;<br \/>-inform\u00e1ciu o pr\u00e1ve poda\u0165 s\u0165a\u017enos\u0165 dozorn\u00e9mu org\u00e1nu;<br \/>-inform\u00e1ciu o tom, odkia\u013e sme z\u00edskali Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, pokia\u013e ste n\u00e1m ich neposkytli priamo<br \/>-inform\u00e1ciu o tom, \u010di sa na Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje vz\u0165ahuje automatizovan\u00e9 rozhodovanie vr\u00e1tane profilovania;<br \/>-inform\u00e1ciu o primeran\u00fdch z\u00e1ruk\u00e1ch bezpe\u010dnosti prenosu Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, pokia\u013e sa tieto pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa do tretej krajiny alebo medzin\u00e1rodnej organiz\u00e1cii.<br \/>Na z\u00e1klade vyu\u017eitia pr\u00e1va na pr\u00edstup k Va\u0161im osobn\u00fdm \u00fadajom V\u00e1m poskytneme k\u00f3piu osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, ktor\u00e9 o V\u00e1s sprac\u00favame.<br \/>Pr\u00e1vo po\u017eadova\u0165 opravu osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov:<br \/>-Pokia\u013e niektor\u00e9 z Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, ktor\u00e9 sprac\u00favame, nie s\u00fa spr\u00e1vne alebo \u00fapln\u00e9, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na to, aby sme tieto Va\u0161e nespr\u00e1vne alebo ne\u00fapln\u00e9 osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje opravili pr\u00edpadne doplnili. K sprac\u00favaniu nespr\u00e1vnych osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov m\u00f4\u017ee d\u00f4js\u0165 napr\u00edklad v pr\u00edpade zmeny V\u00e1\u0161ho priezviska alebo adresy.<\/p><p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo na vymazanie osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong>M\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na vymazanie Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, ktor\u00e9 o V\u00e1s sprac\u00favame, v pr\u00edpade ak s\u00fa splnen\u00e9 nasledovn\u00e9 podmienky a neuplat\u0148uj\u00fa sa z\u00e1konn\u00e9 v\u00fdnimky:<br \/>-\u00fadaje u\u017e nie s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 na \u00fa\u010dely, na ktor\u00e9 sa z\u00edskavali;<br \/>-odvol\u00e1te s\u00fahlas na sprac\u00favanie Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov a na ich sprac\u00favanie neexistuje in\u00fd pr\u00e1vny z\u00e1klad;<br \/>-namietnete na z\u00e1klade Va\u0161ej konkr\u00e9tnej situ\u00e1cie sprac\u00favanie Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, sprac\u00favan\u00fdch na z\u00e1klade opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu a nepreva\u017euj\u00fa opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9 d\u00f4vody na sprac\u00favanie alebo namietnete sprac\u00favanie za \u00fa\u010delom priameho marketingu;<br \/>osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sa sprac\u00favali nez\u00e1konne.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Pr\u00e1vo na obmedzenie sprac\u00favania osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong>M\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo \u017eiada\u0165, aby sme obmedzili sprac\u00favanie Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov:<br \/>na \u010das, k\u00fdm overujeme spr\u00e1vnos\u0165 Va\u0161ich sprac\u00favan\u00fdch osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, ak ste t\u00fato spr\u00e1vnos\u0165 namietli; namiesto vymazania, ak je sprac\u00favame Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje nez\u00e1konne;<br \/>na \u010das, ke\u010f ich potrebujete na preuk\u00e1zanie, uplat\u0148ovanie alebo obhajovanie pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokov, i ke\u010f ich u\u017e na \u00fa\u010dely sprac\u00favania nepotrebujeme; na \u010das, k\u00fdm sa overuje, \u010di na\u0161e opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9 d\u00f4vody preva\u017euj\u00fa nad Va\u0161imi opr\u00e1vnen\u00fdmi z\u00e1ujmami, ak sa osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favaj\u00fa na tomto pr\u00e1vnom z\u00e1klade a Vy ste namietli ich sprac\u00favanie z d\u00f4vodov t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa Va\u0161ej konkr\u00e9tnej situ\u00e1cie.<\/p><p>If the processing of your personal data is restricted, we can only store it for the duration of such restriction.<\/p><p><strong>Right to personal data portability<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong><br><\/strong>If we process your personal data by automated means and the processing is based on your consent, or the processing of your personal data is based on a contractual relationship between you and us, you have the right to transfer such personal data.<br>The right to transfer your personal data consists in that you can receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured format and you have the right to subsequently transfer them to another person who will process them. You also have the right to have them transferred directly by the Controller to another person who will process them, if technically feasible.<br>We would like to point out that the exercise of your right to transfer personal data does not mean that the personal data will be automatically deleted by the Controller, and does not affect the period for which the Controller will store them.<\/p><p><strong>Objection to the processing of your personal data<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong><br><\/strong>You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, as long as the processing is carried out:<br>- on the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;<br>on the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party; for the purposes of direct marketing.<br>The consequence of exercising your right to object to the processing of personal data is that the Controller may no longer process your personal data unless it demonstrates:<br>necessary legitimate interests that override your rights and interests, or<br>reasons for exercising a legal claim.<br>These exceptions do not apply to processing for the purposes of direct marketing. If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing and you object to their further processing, the Operator will terminate their further processing.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Providing information:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\">Upon requests sent by data subjects to the email addresses in each section or directly to the Company, the Company must provide information regarding specific data about the subject managed by the Company and\/or processed by data processors commissioned by the Company; the source of such data, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the data management; the name and address of the data processors, as well as their activities related to the data management; and (in the case of a transfer of the subject's personal data) the legal basis and recipient of the data transfer. Such information must be provided within 25 days, free of charge once a year for identical data, and for a fee for any additional requests.<br>If the provision of information is refused, the Company must inform the data subject in writing which provision of which law was the legal basis for the refusal of the information and must also inform the data subject about the possibilities of appeal.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Corrections:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">If personal data is incorrect and the Company has the correct data, it must correct such data. The Company must inform the data subject, as well as the parties who may have received the data from the Company for the purposes of data management, of the correction. Such notification does not have to be made if the legitimate interests of the data subject are not violated in terms of the purpose of data management.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<strong>Deletion and blocking, objection<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\">Cases of deletion and blocking of personal data and objections to data management are governed by the provisions of Act 18\/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.<br>The company must provide information on the legal regulations referred to in this paragraph based on requests sent to <strong>doma@domaunas.sk,<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Litigation:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\">If the right to privacy of data subjects is violated, they may file a lawsuit against the Company. The legal proceedings are governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, the provisions of the Civil Code, as well as other relevant legal regulations.<br>The Company must provide information regarding the legal regulations used in this paragraph upon requests sent to <strong>doma@domaunas.sk,<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Compensation and damage fee:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">If the Company causes damage by unlawfully processing the data of the person concerned or by violating personal data protection requirements, or violates the right of the person concerned to privacy, a fee for damages may be required from the Company.<\/p><p>The data controller is exempt from liability for payment of compensation for damages if it proves that the damage or violation of the right to privacy of the data subject was caused by unavoidable reasons outside the scope of data processing. The Company is also liable for all damages to the data subject caused by data processors. The Company is obliged to pay the data subject also a compensation for damages, in the event of a violation of the right to privacy, caused by the data processor. The Company is exempt from this liability and liability for payment of compensation for damages if it proves that the damage or violation of the right to privacy of the data subject was caused by unavoidable reasons outside the scope of data processing. Damage cannot be compensated and it is not possible to claim compensation for damages if it was caused as a result of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct of the data subject.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>IX. Miscellaneous provisions:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Company reserves the right to change this Guide and will notify the parties involved of such changes. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by website visitors or guests. If you have any questions regarding the protection of personal data, you can contact your local Data Protection Authority for assistance.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>X.
